Security of data

For added security, XynicsCRM implements the same level of "One Time Password" authentication that most on-line financial systems now use, requiring a pass-code that exists and is usable for a maximum of 60 seconds and is unique to the given user.

"Personal Data" means any data which may relate to an individual who could be identified by that data alone, or in combination with any other held data, or data likely to come into your possession.

"Failure to notify" the Information Commissioner can lead to a Criminal Prosecution.

A recently published report to Parliament indicated that stronger powers are needed, and the "request" for an audit may soon become a mandatory and potentially unannounced visit.
