Who we are

Mike Kilby

Mike is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day systems and database functions of the business as well as being lead consultant and developer on projects and new business development.

Mike’s consulting career spans over 20 years analysing client requirements, designing, developing and implementing complex databases and systems integration solutions for many Blue Chip and Public Sector organisations. This has given him the opportunity to work on mission critical projects for a number of major businesses for British Energy Nuclear Power, NHS Trusts, Atos Origin and L’Oreal UK & Ireland.

Mike’s business and technical expertise in working with various system platforms to empower clients with integrated solutions to their business needs has allowed him to integrate solutions with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SalesForce.com.

Beyond consulting, Mike has developed and led a dedicated team to deliver XynicsCRM and ClickSurvey to add to our core solutions.

Ying Wan

Ying is a key driver for overseeing the day-to-day business operations and new business development.

Ying’s background is in Marketing/Advertising agency side with over 20 years gained in the direct marketing and data industry, and has held roles in account management, project management and operations within fast paced environments at Carlson Marketing UK, Thomas Hannah & Associates, Freestone Creative and Valassis UK.

Regarded as having strong planning and organisational skills to deliver complex projects on time and within budget for clients in both B2B and B2C markets. These clients include the likes of; KLM Frequent Flyer, Scandinavian Airline Systems, L’Oreal Professional Products UK and Ireland, Roche Diagnostics Ltd, The England and Wales Cricket Board, Toys r Us UK & GmbH, Honda, Chrysler and Canon.

Ying holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies and is a registered PRINCE2 practitioner.

Gillian Montgomery

Gillian is a data and analytics professional with many years’ experience across most major sectors including travel, banking, retail, fashion, leisure, charity, beauty, pharmaceuticals and home retail and SMEs. Recently engaged as Head of Analytics for the creation of the NatWest Cashback Plus scheme she created intelligence and data strategy for the scheme, in addition to directing the analytics team providing intelligence and consultancy to the fourteen retail partners.

Working both in strategic, and hands-on positions, Gillian has designed and implemented propensity models which have massively improved ROI, along with segmentation strategies and geodemographic modelling and profiling.

Gillian is also an outstanding consultant skilled at delivering IT and data solutions to remedy even the most complex process and data driven issues.

Her skill sets include SPSS, Geodemographic packages, Hadoop, SAS Enterprise Manager, SQL and data/text management tools.
